You must read Terms and conditions before booking with us. Our Terms are documented below are between you and us.

Important Notes;

• Passengers are reminded to reconfirm flight 24 hours before departure.
• You must take E – ticket and Passport with you on the date of departure to travel.
• All Passports must be valid for 6 months before departure date.
• You are to arrive 3 hours before the departure time at the airport to check-in.
• Schedule change is airline responsibility. They will provide alternative flight.
• Tickets must be changed from us, as airline doesnot change the ticket if issued by us.

Airplane Booking

We will reserve and confirm your Flight Ticket. E- Ticket must be presented at the airport.

Passengers Luggage

We do not take any responsibility of your luggage being lost or damaged by the airlines. You are responsible for your luggage and items in them. You must lock your luggage properly before leaving your room, we donot take care or look after your bags at the airport or if you are not present in airline lounge. Each individual is fully responsible to look after his/her belonging.

Meals & Seat Confirmation

Complementary meals will be provided by the airline on request only. At the time of ticket issuance we can confirm your seat and meal request.

Visa application

Passenger must contact the consulate themself for getting visa for required destination depending on their nationality. We donot provide any kind of visa service at all. We only book your flight and issue tickets as authorized by clients. Visa is passengers responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

All payment made to us are non- refundable and non– transferable. All Outstanding balance must be made before departure. We can cancel your Package if payments are not cleared in time.
